Benifications
- In this world nothing comes free.
- For certain things we have to pay in cash. Every body understands this well.
- For certain things we have to pay in kind, like returning love, helping others when they need, taking care of our old parents, doing social services etc.. etc….
- For certain things we have to pay in advance, in cash (every body understands this well) or in kind ( like taking care of our children anticipating the return from them when we become old ).
- For certain things we have to pay afterwards, in cash (every body understands this well) or in kind ( like returning love and other obligations).
- Paying in advance, may be in cash or kind, does not have high value, as it is non-obligatory, no emotions are involved.
- Paying afterward, may be in cash or kind, has extremely high value, as it is obligatory, person’s emotions are involved.
- We all owe to our educational institution for whatever are we today, quality of life wise or financially. For what we are to-day, if you don’t mind, we have not paid to our educational institution. Fee which was paid, was paid by our parents, not by us. Also, the fee that our parents had paid for our education is nowhere near what we have got to-day, quality of life wise or financially. Hence, we all owe some thing to our educational institutions. We can pay the same any time now, in cash or in kind.
- We can very well pay our dues to our SVNIT, what we ourselves feel from our heart, in cash or in kind, choice is ours.
We can pay in kind by extending our support in strengthening our SVNIT Alumni Association, by become active member, to the extent we can comfortably afford, to the extent our spouses allow us happily.
Those of us, who are lucky enough to be able to-pay in cash, may simply  to get detailed information pertaining to our SVNIT Alumni Association’s schemes for causes like:
- extending monetary help to needy students, needy faculty, needy staff members of our SVNIT,
- encouraging bright student by way of contributing for awards,
- sharing our field experiences with students by way of guest lectures, helping them in becoming a better Fresh Engineers,
- contributing in various ways, for further uplifting of our SVNIT for making it the “Number One Engineering Institution in the World”
